I am a Licensed Clinician with years of experience working with children and adolescents through various life stages and psychosocial stresses. I have expertise in treating a range of needs including anxiety, depression, school struggles, family conflict, mood dysregulation, suicidal ideation, low self-esteem, and body image concerns. I specialize in treating adolescents and young adults and aim to help them find a sense of clarity during this complicated time.
I work with parents and families to provide as-needed support and guidance. My intention is to always create a space of safety, empathy, and connection. My practice is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Strength-Based approaches.
